RECIPE OF THE MONTH:

Eggs Savory

There's nothing like a cool crisp fall morning and a little college football... or a lot of college football. Especially when Michigan State University is winning. Make this great egg casserole and you can actually taste a touchdown 50 yards away! Add a fruit salad with bagels or donuts on the table. And lots of coffee.
I mean Bloody Marys.

2 c grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c butter
1 c half & half
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 t prepared mustard
12 eggs - lightly beaten
1 sm can mild chiles - chopped

Spread cheese in greased pan.
Put butter on top.
Mix rest and pour on top.
Bake @ 325' for 40 min.
If recipe doubles, bake a little longer and
place in 9X13 pan.
